All of our care staff are supported to pursue the formally recognised and required ‘Care Certificate’ when they start working at Peasmarsh Place.
Their staff team are very settled and consistent with compassion and care, not bogged down by bureaucratic regulations.
Through a continuous training program that requires all staff who previously have no experience in care to work towards achieving a Care Certificate by 12 weeks of their employment.
Our team is supported to deliver care and support services which fully embrace the principles and meaning of our philosophy.
This is to ensure the highest level of service is maintained, monitored and evidenced at all times.
Staff do spend time with us. We will have a little chat, or they will take me out in my wheelchair for some fresh air.
